Straight forward
small black and white cartoons, including 3 roughs,
can generally be turned around within a couple of
hours of receipt of brief. More elaborate colour
illustrations are generally turned around within
the working day.
- Luke Warm
reserves the Copyright of all artwork sold
unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing;
this includes the Copyright of all roughs and
preliminary concepts.
- Any required
dimensions or other details must be specified in
writing by the client before work
commences.
- Commissioned
artwork may only be used for the purpose agreed
with Luke Warm; additional or alternative use
must be specifically negotiated.
- Luke Warm has
never yet missed a deadline but can accept no
liability for the late delivery of artwork for
any reason.
- All images are
signed 'Luke Warm' and carry the text
'www.CartoonsbyLukeWarm.co.uk' unless agreed
otherwise in writing.
- Finished
artwork is provided in digital form unless
agreed otherwise.
- Images are
dispatched on receipt of payment unless agreed
otherwise.
- The originals
of previously published artwork sold for display
may not copied or reproduced in any way for any
purpose.
- Many images are
hand drawn and then finished on computer. Where
this is the case the hand drawn original may
have an acetate overlay containing text or
colour. A bureau quality print and a photocopy
of the cartoon as published can also be
provided.
- Images as
viewed on this website may differ from the
original artwork.
